The technology company is a Microsoft Modern Work Solution Partner with an Advanced Specialisation in Calling.

The New Adoption and Change Management Specialisation is the latest credential to be achieved by Resonate, firmly cementing its expertise in all things Teams.

Am Bhooi, Resonate CTO says “We’ve always prized our relationship with Microsoft at Resonate and earning this new specialisation highlights our commitment to assisting Enterprises as they adopt transformative Microsoft technologies, for the new age of communications”.

What is the Adoption and Change Management Specialisation?

Microsoft works with a wide variety of partners in the cloud landscape, to deliver exceptional technology, advanced features, and managed services to businesses in the Microsoft ecosystem. “Specialisations”, aligned to the Microsoft Cloud, highlight a specific partner’s expertise.

To earn a specialisation, vendors need to undergo stringent testing and ensure their solutions and services meet the expectations set by Microsoft. The Adoption and Change Management Specialisation identifies partners who demonstrate extensive experience, deep knowledge, and proven success in supporting businesses with the adoption and optimisation of Microsoft 365 technologies.

According to Microsoft, companies are 6 times more likely to achieve their business objectives with access to the right change management solutions. Adoption and Change Management services empower Microsoft partners to deliver lifetime value to customers, ensuring they can unlock the full ROI of the latest communication and productivity tools.

To be approved for the Adoption and Change Management Specialisation, Resonate had to:

  • Earn and maintain an active Solutions Partner for Modern Work designation.
  • Demonstrate exceptional results from the implementation of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Yammer, for at least 3 customer tenants, achieving a minimum growth of 10,000 monthly active users within the technology (signifying adoption).
  • Showcase knowledge of the ecosystem by passing the Microsoft Services Adoption Specialist Partner University Assessment test.
  • Earn at least 3 positive customer references, from customers who demonstrate clear positive change through adoption and change management services.

What Does the New Specialisation Mean for Resonate?

Over the years, Resonate has proven its proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem, earning a number of specialisations as a Microsoft partner. The company has expanded its solutions and service offerings to suit the needs of today’s evolving businesses, offering everything from asset and configuration management to proactive monitoring and problem management.

Resonate’s commitment to driving measurable results for its clients ensured the company had no trouble showcasing the knowledge, results, and positive feedback required to earn its latest specialisation. This new accreditation from Microsoft further validates Resonate’s position as a leading Microsoft partner, capable of driving positive ROI and change for businesses of any size.

Bob Garcia, Resonate CEO says “The Change Management and Adoption specialisation from Microsoft highlights one of the core focus areas of our business. We’re committed to not only helping businesses adopt new technologies but ensuring they can unlock incredible ROI as quickly as possible".
